Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Deposit: Reservations should be made well in advance. Upon confirmation, a $75 deposit per person is required, which will be applied to the price of the tour. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if deposits are not received within 7 days of confirmation.
Form of Payment: Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Checks, Money Orders, VISA and MasterCard are acceptable. However checks are not accepted during the final 3 weeks prior to departure.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure (60 days for Christmas). For reservations placed within the 45 days prior to departure, final payment will be due upon confirmation. Reservatons are subject to automatic cancellation if final payment schedule is not met.
Late Bookings: Reservations, changes or payments made within 21 days prior to departure are subject to a $20 per person fee.
Revisions: Changes in the reservation after everything has been confirmed will be subject to a $20 per person revision fee. Changes after documents have been issued will be subject to a $75 per person revision fee and, if applicable, a late booking fee.
Cancellation and Refunds: A $50 cancellation fee per person will be assessed to cover expenses incurred any time after package is confirmed. Cancellations made after documents have been issued will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations must be in writing. Airlines assess cancellation fees in addition to the fees stated above. Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days before departure will be subject to hotel charges in addition to the initial fee. Holiday land packages may be non-refundable. Some resort land packages are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS will be made for unused accommodations or services. Travel Documents: All persons, including infants, must travel with proof of citizenship. American citizens, born in the U.S., may use a current passport or a government issued birth certificate (original or certified copy) and a government issued photo I.D. (such as a driver's license). Married women with different names on their birth certificate and photo I.D. should take their marriage license to show the name change. Minors must travel with the consent of both parents or guardians. If a minor is traveling with only one parent, that parent must have a document indicating legal custody or a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent. The above applies to U.S. citizens only. Generally speaking, the documentation requirements for citizens of other countries are more stringent. All documentation requirements are established by the Mexican Government and are subject to change. Insurance: Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to baggage. Baggage, personal accident and trip cancellation insurance are recommended at time of booking. Land Package Prices: Land packages are based on costs in effect at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. Air Transportation: The services of any IATA or ATC member may be used. Advertised airfares are subject to change without notice. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not aboard their planes or conveyances. The passage contract, in use by the airlines concerned, when issued shall consitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours. Hotels: Rooms are on a "run of the house" basis with size and location at hotel management's discretion. The right is reserved to substitute hotels if necessary. Responsibility: Packages are created and provided by Mexico Beach Hotels hereinafter referred to as the Operator. The Operator acts only in the capacity of agent for independent contractors in Mexico. Such contractors shall be responsible for providing the the services to the participant on the express condition that the Operator shall not become liable for any injury, loss, accident or for any other cause to person or property due to any act of negligence of any contractors, such as hotels or transportation companies, or if any other person's rendering of the services or accommodations as outlined herein cannot be provided due to delays or other causes beyond the control of the Operator; such as weather, strikes, or quarantine. Each participant shall become liable for any additional expenses resulting from such unforeseen delays and/or other causes. The Operator also reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any participant at any time. If a participant is removed, a proportionate refund will be made. If a package is cancelled, the Operator shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the participants to the Operator.
